About This Role
At Klarity Health, we're pioneering innovations in healthcare and seeking an astute Strategy and Operations MBA Intern to fuel our journey. Located in the heart of Redwood City, this role provides an exceptional opportunity for hands-on experience in strategy, operations, and go-to-market dynamics specific to the startup ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will dive deep into market research, sculpt our pricing strategy, form and nurture partner relationships, and play an instrumental role in the seamless onboarding of partners and users onto our platform. Beyond these core tasks, the intern will act as the external face of Klarity Health to our partners, becoming a vital link in our growth chain.
Collaboration is at the heart of our operations. The selected individual will engage in cross-functional projects, working alongside teams from data analytics to marketing, ensuring alignment in our objectives and strategies. This internship offers a unique blend of strategic oversight, operational execution, and a chance to contribute to a startup poised for transformative impact in the health sector.
Duration: 3 months.
Location: Redwood City, CA. On-site three (3) days per week with flexibility for remote work on other days.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, analyze competitor products and pricing, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the broader market landscape.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and refine Klarity Health's pricing strategy grounded in thorough competitive analysis, ensuring compelling value to our users while optimizing revenue streams.
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate strategic relationships with potential partners to amplify the platform's reach and offerings.
- Partner Onboarding: Design streamlined processes for seamlessly integrating partners onto the Klarity Health platform.
- User Integration: Ensure a frictionless and rewarding experience for users when accessing our partners on the platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaborations across departments, fostering close relationships with data analysts, marketing, and operations teams to synchronize goals.
- External Representation: Stand as Klarity Health's ambassador to partners, eloquently expressing our mission, values, and objectives.
- Performance Metrics Ownership: Steer key metrics, including partner identification, engagement, and onboarding, delivering frequent updates and strategic insights.
- Operational Efficiency: Spearhead various operational endeavors, showcasing meticulous attention to detail, agility, and efficacy.
- Remote Team Collaboration: Collaborate robustly with remote teams, ensuring synchronized initiatives and effective communication channels.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a reputable institution, with a specialization in Strategy or Operations.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within startups, showcasing prowess in strategy, operations, and go-to-market dynamics.
- Proven expertise in devising pricing strategies, launching 0-1 programs, architecting SOPs, and building resilient operational structures.
- Documented success in promoting SMB growth, especially in platforms like local listings (e.g., Yelp, Google), marketplaces, or search engines.
- An inherent "growth mindset," paired with the ability to deftly strategize and operationalize tactics, and an innate drive to multitask and effect transformative change.
- Stellar interpersonal and team collaboration skills, paired with the talent to foster and maintain meaningful connections across a spectrum of teams and stakeholders.
- A fervent, rapid-paced approach, backed by a palpable zeal to enact tangible change within a dynamic startup ecosystem.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $15-$25 per hour, depending on past track record
